Getting Ready for Jesus To Return Soon (22 mins)

If you believe Jesus is returning soon, you want to be careful how you think about that and respond to it. We get ready for Jesus not by controlling our lives and kid's lives into a false reality, but rather learning faith and patience in the context of regular life.
 
Nowhere in the gospel do we see the disciples isolating themselves with food, water and swords to wait out the intense events promised in the Bible. No, instead we see them daily dying to their fears and control and living as Jesus.
 
This is the only plan for the end times. It is in the pressure of giving ourselves to God in the responsibilities of daily life that our hearts really grow!
 
The Gospel is the only answer to the end times, and it's ALWAYS the right time to do the Gospel!

The Delay of the Bridegroom: Matthew 24 & 25 (35 mins)

Right now the Church is rife with division and offence. The Bible makes clear that a delay in the return of the Lord brings this about. Many are embracing the idea of delaying the darkness...delaying the trouble by political alliances. This is a big mistake. The delay is a test of faith and desire. The Spirit and the Bride say "even so, come." They don't want a delay!

How To Evaluate A Pruning Season (20 min)

Every branch that bears fruit is pruned. Every branch that doesn't bear fruit is removed. It is really important to distinguish between the two cutting actions!
We embrace pruning and repent if we are about to be removed. what we don't do in either case is try to work our way out of the season!

Waiting on Jesus in Overwhelming Need (25 mins)

There is a destruction happening to the earth. the answer is counter-intuitive, but clear in the Bible. What the earth needs is people to love God extravagantly so His presence overflows to the need, not be God to others in need. it's a risky plan...it's a hated plan....but it's also the only true plan to help address the overwhelming needs all around us.

The Real Cause of The Conflict In The Church (35 mins)

The Church is dividing at the moment over immigration. This isn't the first issue, and it won't be the last. A storm is rising. We don't want to stop the storm that tests our foundation. We want to pass the test. Matthew 7:24“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: 25“and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. 26“But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: 27“and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” 28And so it was, when Jesus had ended these sayings, that the people were astonished at His teaching, 29for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

When The Church Says Peace and Safety, Sudden Destruction

There are some very clear and very plain signs of the end times. One of those very clear signs is declarations by the end time Church, specifically false prophets within the Church declaring peace rather than repentance.
Right now the Church is declaring or demanding peace in three very specific places: Nicaragua, Israel, and North Korea.
This is a very unique, new, and prophetic reality. Sudden destruction is sure to follow these false declarations of peace.
Do you know what the Bible says? It is important to agree with Jesus about what is His alone to do.

The Banner on the Mountain (44 mins)

Judgment is beginning to flood the earth. At the same time the enemies of God are increasing their activity to resist Jesus' coming, He is lifting up a banner on the mountains to invite people to safety. Praying night and day makes people safe! Isaiah 59:17For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, And was clad with zeal as a cloak. 18According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, Fury to His adversaries, Recompense to His enemies; The coastlands He will fully repay. 19So shall they fear The name of the LORD from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.

Why The Current Push for Peace In Israel is Not Good (30 mins)

The Bible lays out in very clear terms how Israel will get control of Jerusalem, the Western wall, and the Temple mount. It is very clear how we can help God, and how we cannot, in this process.
We are living in one of the most crucial moments of decision the earth has ever seen. What we pick to cheerlead and champion in the hour...what we pick to ignore or embrace...will have eternal consequences.
How I tense do you think Eve's decision to eat the fruit was. Do you think it felt like a pretty reasonable and normal choice to her? Of course it did. Right now many are making a massive choice to reject God and barely even feel it.
